Wenn du seine Live-Auftritte aus England etc. kennen würdest, es ist nicht nur eine im Studio zusammengezimmerte Stimme, sie ist wirklich genial zu hören.

Musik ist ohne Zweifel Geschmackssache, ich könnte mich auch über andere vermeintlich gute Sänger auslassen (die erfolgreich sind), aber man sollte jeden, der in dem Business hart arbeitet, respektieren.

Declan arbeitet übrigens gerade an neuen, eigenen Songs und z.B. Moody Blues (2. Album) ist einer. Er covert also nicht nur.

Denkst du wirklich, seine Stimme ist "zurechtgezimmert"? Dann könnte jeder eine eigene CD aufnehmen, wenn das mit der Stimme so leicht geht/man dazu nicht singen können muss. Die klare Stimme war sein Markenzeichen und nicht per Computer total verbessert! Natürlich hat man beim Hall nachgeholfen, aber das geschieht bei jedem Sänger. DerJunge ist talentiert. Er sang schon mit 7 Jahren vor Publikum, da kannst du nicht "zurechtgezimmert" unterstellen! Mit 15 schon 3/4 Alben...

Dass man von Dec momentan nichts hört, liegt daran, dass sich seine Stimme noch entwickeln muss. Er kam 2007 oder 06 in den Stimmbruch und auch 2008 hörte sich die Stimme sehr brüchig an. Jetzt hat ers cih dazu entschieden, mit einem neuen Album zu warten. Es gibt aber noch andere Gründe dafür.

Okay, I'm hearing two different things about lip synching.

1) It's tradition, and you're allowed to sing live

2) It's a law for anyone under 18 and Declan is 16 in this

He's mentioned it twice on these videos, that "they can choose to sing live or lip sync no matter what age you are. Yes...it looks and sounds like Declan is lip syncing "Angel." It's so perfect and note for note like most of the other Angel videos. Some of his other videos tho, he is singing "live." For instance, you can tell the "Red Nose Days" videos are live by the spontaneous clapping of the entertainers on stage... also, Declan is putting all his heart and sound into the whole song, trying to reach those high notes. I luv this song...RedNoseDays! I Love this guy!

We do have live-acts in Germany but singers who are under 18 years old have to lip-sync in the late evening. I don't know when the late evening starts so I cannot give you the exact time. Sorry for my bad English
