  • @fasteeeerrrr ggghh

  • These guys came to Jersey for storm 2011 real professional. Can see that they are very squared away. Thanks

  • nice work...congratulations...

  • Im a 30 year old electrician is that too old to start a linemen apprenticeship?

  • 30 years old is prime for a lineman apprenticeship. Most companies don't see it as too old and they seem to like the maturity level. Some years down the road, it can become an issue.

  • @linemanschool I am 31 and just graduated an apprentice course here in KY on Feb 5th. The oldest to graduate was 46. So I say if you are into it and want to pursue that career, go for it. I was hired about two weeks out of school for Sheperd Contracting. I do everything from set new poles to basic line construction to running communication lines. Go for it hetfield9900, you will not regret it.

  • @hetfield9900 Do it and got on with a Co-Op. Contracting companies are going under left and right.

  • Marion?, 740?, are you sure thats central Ohio? that however does appeal to me. In this economy any full time employment would.

  • Yes. Central Ohio has 419, 614 & 740 Area Codes. It should appeal to you. One of the greatest trades in the world.

  • It might very well be, However given the choice of any job, I would choose to take employment as a full time school custodian. My second choice would be working on the sticther or taper at a box company while training for a supervisor posisition.

As far as that lineworker thing goes, I'm sure I could do it, if it was a on the job training kind of thing and close to me, yes, I would do it.

  • @reapstress It IS the greatest trade in the world. Theres nothing better

  • ageed, can only take about a minute and a half of that ... though it does look like fun

  • good job on the video

  • how long does this program takes?

  • 11 week blended program. 6 at home, 5 at COLT. Top quality program with testing and placement.

  • Made me dizzy!!
