basically its coming out near the end of 2009 in korea (hahah I'm so glad I'm korean right now!!) so basically it will come out years afterward and go international. so you can probably expect it to come out no sooner than 2010 and maybe even later since translating a game is usually a bitch.

In an interview with Jae-Hyun Bae the Production Director said that it will only be on PC as they only have like 60 people working on the game and just don't have enough resources.
