  • Damn, how many tv shows does jamie have?? It´ll take months to watch all them. I´ll accept the challange!!

  • Tarte Tatin is from nowhere near Cahors. What an error.

  • "kick ass cheeses" I must be a dude, lest anyone think I'm gay.

  • 71 like 0 dislike, so tempting to click on dislike, lol.

  • I really hate those old people and young girls in France and Germany, they always come up and take our food like for granted or out of respect or something. gee... that's rude in my country.

  • anyone else think it was really weird when that guy just took some of jamie's food without even saying hello or asking?

  • @ShatterEffectt not to be xenophobic, but you do get a lot of odd balls like that in france.

  • where is this place in France?I wanna go there..

  • @fallrouge it's a region in France on the border with spain, they're very large mountains, very nice climate; i do think he went in fall though :p

  • @AmberFairydust ...thanks! i am considering to visit the place. I might as well visit Dordogne?! it must be nice also there.

  • @fallrouge if you're in that area you might as well visit charente, where the nice pineau de charantes comes from, but go to a local winefarm, the wine will be cheaper, and possibly better than the expensive stuff, since they grow their own grapes and make their own wine :p; charentes is the region right to the north-west of dordogne, but they probably have good wine there as wel, practically everywhere in fance; and if i may give you the best tip for food, go to bistro's

  • @fallrouge they have the best food, and authentic, we once went to one, and the lovely (slightly grumpy looking) lady served and amazing home-cooked meal for me and my parents, and including the wine and coca-cola it was 29euros which is not a lot of money for starters, a main course and dessert, very simple food, but good :D. this was in bretagne in the smallest village you can imagine, we were passing through. anyways, amazing experience, and France is full of these kind of places. good luck!

  • @AmberFairydust wow..that was a good deal! thanks mate! i cant wait to go. :)

  • @AmberFairydust: Hey! I will be visiting France as well, in February. You mentioned that you've been to small villages in France like Bretagne in Charente. I am just wondering what means of transportation do you use to get around these areas? Is public transportation(buses, trains or anything where you can buy a ticket to get transportation in return) easily accessible in these places? Your help will be really helpful :)

  • @fulkast hi, when we go, we always use our own car, but i'm sure there are possibilities to rent a car, i must say, i don't have any experience public transportation in France, and i think there isn't much of it, since France isn't very densely populated, and since everything is quite far apart. and the village was somewhere between Campel and Pontivy, we stayed near Pontivy and we went to a museum in Campel, about silk, very interesting, i did hear it's quite expensive, luckily the food wasn't

  • that tatin is as pale as his english ass.

  • jamie if just laughing while the old man is blabbering on. lol ! Jamai has NO idea whatsoever what he is going on about ! ;)

  • i love the scene of jamie cooking with the little old man and the pig in the background foraging. looks like a magical place.

  • Cute piggy. I love pigs, unfortunately my pet pig isn't trained to find truffles. =(

  • I mean the 1st song, Uprising by Muse

  • I wanna know: DId you put this music or this is the original audio?

  • I love how Jamie promotes variety, culture and style into food. It's not all just about health, it''s about eating rich.

  • @himentourage Totally. And simplicity and connection, that is why I like the guy. I hate pretension in food!

  • @SarahLeeAnn

Yeah, me too. Some people say he's annoying. I don't think he's THAT annoying. Also, his recipes usually look like something simple the viewer at home can cook at home.

  • aaah you so lucky you not there on the barbeque hahahaha!!
