When a man is abused the woman is cheered and told "right on sister". However when a woman is abused it's seen as wrong. The point of my videos is to help out both sexes but mainly the men to show them this treatment is wrong and the lie they've been told by society is indeed that, a lie.

thanks james.. I met a guy a few months ago that I'm pretty sure was NPD, at any rate he had enough narcissistic personality traits for me to go "No Contact"...which is what brought me to your site. I've since realized that a lot of my mother's behaviors fit narcissism to a degree, so I feel like the "knowledge is power" thing is the way to go, both to avoid a narcissist and to self improve my own behaviors.

Trust that sickening feeling in your gut when you feel it. It is warning you of danger. Your brain wont want to believe she's lying. It will try to convince you there is somthing you can do to help. You can't. Walking away is your only choice. This person does not and cannot love you. If you ignore it, it will cause you psychological harm. The quiet ones are the worst.

I know at least one person like you describe. (Years ago,) I learned to think of her as an habitual liar—where you use the term compulsive liar. Perhaps the distinction is trivial, but to me "compulsive" connotes an inability (or lack of responsibility) to not lie, whereas "habitual" states the reality that it happens regularly (and leaves open being able to assign culpability to the behavior).

The word compulsive is indeed used for the disordered person because it is my belief the disordered person lies a matter of reflex and lives in such delusion they believe their own lies about being right all the time and everyone else being wrong. Where is a person that may not be disorded but has a couple of toxic traits might lie habitually as a matter of convience, but still able to tell the truth when needed. Sad stuff.
And another thing!! I'm not sure if it is this video or not... She started lying when we first dated. I wrote it off though. She tells my family and hers that I treat her bad. Another every good, informative video. Reminds me of the person who I am currently in the process of leaving. He fooled me with lies for years - he is an EXCELLENT actor! Many Bipolar type 1 has been misdiagnosed with narcissism.

For me my ex TDP (Toxic Dysfunctional Person) use lies about bruises she received from her job at FED-X (shipping and receiving dept) and lied to her new boyfriend and family that I would physically abuse her, leaving those marks. She also was a pathological compulsive liar and would lie even if the truth would have better served her. For a pathological liar it's not about the lie but the control over the person and/or people that drives them to lie lie and lie...
