For some reason I remember this character very clearly. A profoundly irritating "Ooh, I'm mad I am!!" sort, whose over-familiarity towards Richard O'Brien provoked visible contempt in O'Brien's eyes, especially when he playfully slapped him on the head. It was painfully hilarious for all the wrong reasons. A proto-Colin Hunt from the Fast Show if ever there was one.
