Could people please stop comparing homosexuality to sexing animals?

The information here lacks Biblical proof and is partial in it's belief that homosexuality is not redeemable. If it is a sin, and the Bible clearly says it is, and if you think Jesus cannot change same sex attraction, then it makes Christ impotent.

He offers sexual purity to all, and He respects each person's right to choose. Choose it, andHe'll work hard for you. Don't choose it, He respects you and leaves you believing you can't change.

there shouldnt ever be a struggle with who u r in life. old society was wrong in condemning homosexuality. we have proven that in the past we have made terrible decisions which has caused the death of so many innocent people in the name of religion. salem witch trials. nonchristians deaths made by christians who believe its wrong to believe in any other way. be who u know GOD made u to be and think for urselves. rligion is falling apart for a reason. it holds no power anymore over us. thank GOD!

@dorianstark It's not love...that's why I don't grasp it. It's lust. It's perverted. It IS the same as someone "falling in love" with say....a gorilla. Similiar DNA makeup...same likelihood of creating a child. When two people of the same sex start lusting after one another...they have a demented mind set...the same as those who commit suicide. A similar psychological mind set is going on...a unnatural one. The man's body was made for a woman's body. Quit trying to believe otherwise under

I do not necessarily endorse the video; but I had to say that I agree with you when you say it isn't easy.

That said, I do wish the literature on this would grow outside of Caroll Grady. Her son has headed off in the opposite direction as herself (in terms of conclusions about the morality of homosexuality) and has married a woman if I recall (from her website photos).

So based on that, and the testimony of people like Peter Ould, your assertion on changeability is not cautious enough either.

The conclusion does not seem to necessarily follow. It could also be that they're repressing their innate sexual orientation and superimposing on themselves a heterosexual identity in order to conform with society's desire for conformity to the norm and riding themselves of self-loathing brought about by the aforementioned.

What a great video! So courageous of you to put it out. It is in my humble opinion long over due!!

There's a lot of revision needed in the SDA thoughts and practices. But I trust and hope that as more and more women step in the sphere of theology, and who also study Women's studies, we'll find new perspectives on these very important issues like homosexuality, gender, equality, and over all respect for human beings, despite the differences.
