I think its because people are too lazy now a days, We tend to rely too much in computer animation and whatever methods that speed up the animation process.

Stop motion is timeless in my opinion.

Now why can people realise that this kind Stop-frame (or Dynamation as i love to call it, thank you ray for inventing the word) would work so beutifully with digital photography! good job im fighting to bring it back!
