  • hey i saw this and was like wow. I want to do this. Do i need to cut the figures or can i just put them in the resin? and what did you make for the mold of it to hold it all in? Thanks

  • @DXGROW

Depending on what look you're going for you may need to do some chopping on their legs. The 2 figs in the video where broken at the waist so thats how I got that look. If you want to do somthing simmilar Id suggest cutting them at the knee atleast so they dont fall back, but Im not 100% sure

To get the foam (thats what the base is made of) to hold in the resin I glued the seams together and then taped them down, sprsay painting it brown after

  • @jokerswarpig ok thats sounds pretty easy. What kind of resin did you use?

  • @DXGROW I used woodland scenics resin. You just heat it up on the stove and pour it

  • @jokerswarpig thanks, but i dont want to copy what u created... got any suggestions on like what i shud do?

  • @DXGROW

What kind of diorama do you have in mind? You could possibly do one of soldier's marching through a rice paddy, or walking oover some fallen logs that are being used as a sort of bridge over a river

  • awesome job

  • are the soldiers cut in half? you cant get them out?

  • @TheCplDunn

The figures where cut in half at the waist. They arent removeable because the water is made of resin

  • nice i got one but the soldiers are on land
