Michael asked Murray to be his primary doctor while in tour. The doctor asked for $5million dollars. The concert promoters negotiated down to $150,000 per month because that was the fee MURRAY was charging. Sounds to me like if he wasn't administering propofol he'd still be paying $150k per month because that was the doctors fee to be the sole practicioner for Michael Jackson and his children. Michael didn't offer MUREAY's greedy but asked and the promotoers accepted the 150k. Murray is at fault
What about the family's blame? Why didn't they bring MJ to a clinic to get help? Let the doc go and put his family in prison. MJ did this to Michael. MJ knew the consequence and accepted it. No negligence. LET THE DOCTOR GO!
He injected a patient every night with a medicine he damn well knew he wasn't supposed to as a doctor and left a patient to die on the floor. He was indeed negligent. No excuses for Conrad. If this happened to a loved one of yours I'm sure you'd feel the same.

@JEFF9K And every one of those doctors would have been charged if they administered propofol at HOME. Normally you have an entire medical team with the patient including an anesthesiologist when sedated with propofol. Just because other people would do it is not an excuse, and doesn't mean you can't be blamed. If that were the case every drug dealer in history would go scott free.
Murray was (like with most doctors for celebrities) reluctant to admit Jacksons addiction in fear and respect to the damage it would do to his reputation if he survived (or died).
I ‘we read that Michael Jackson expelled everyone from his room and floor when he used this drug, so obviously Murray had no access to Jackson's room after the injection.
Jackson hired Murray after having fired other doctors for refusing to prescribe the drug, and Murray's was in a though position to say no.
Jackson hired his doctor for the pure purpose of administering him drugs. He fired a lot of doctors before him for not doing this, would it be any better if Jackson OD'd alone without a doctor to administer the drug?
People call for blood because their idol is dead, NOT because of justice. Conrad is guilty of unethical malpractice, but Jackson is guilty of being addicted to these drug's and alienating anyone from the room(floor) he was tripping in.
@Ulrna lol, i love when people use that argument, NO one cares about that, and he was charged for manslaughter not murder (DId his actions lead to somebodies death, yes so he is guilty.)
@leonia97 It's not a question of his obvious guilt. The reason why the mob is so angry is different. People blame the entreaty of Jackson's death ON Murray and Murray alone because it is convenient.
Jackson was as guilty, if not even more guilty than Murray, because of his addiction and abuse.
Drug abuse over time usually leads to death, and to keep achieving the "high" or the adrenaline effect of the drug the user has to increase the dosage over time as well.
@Ulrna - If your mother was addicted to a prescription drug and her doctor knowingly provided (and even fed) her the drug she had become addicted to, and one day the doctor overdoses her and she keels over in his office and he runs off and leaves her on the floor to die (and doesn't even call 911), what do you think should happen to her doctor? She the law just say, "Aw, your mom was a junkie anyway. Her own fault. Her doc is free to go."
@Ulrna - That's not really comparable. Alcohol addiction is something you do on your own and there are no laws preventing you from getting alcohol over the counter. Addiction to an anesthesia that requires a doctor to get it for you and administer it to you (I've had Propofol and I can say from experience you CANNOT stay awake long enough to inject yourself with a sufficient amount of that stuff) is pretty different. Propofol isn't an over-the-counter drug or like shooting yourself with heroin.
@A86 You underestimate the moral and logic responsibility of being adult.
Not everyone has a doctor to administer them drugs, but most addicts eventually die of conditions caused by their addiction. there’s not really much to argue unless your unethical and cold.
Conrad Murray is technically responsible for administering the drugs, the public is to blame for not taking action sooner. Michael Jackson exhibited obvious signs of drug use but no one did anything.
@Ulrna - "most addicts eventually die of conditions caused by their addiction"
Anesthesia addiction is not the same as alcohol or narcotic addiction. Anyways, we'll never know if MJ would have killed himself eventually but it's also pretty much irrelevant. That excuse doesn't work for drug dealers and it certainly won't work for a doctor. A cancer patient may end up dead anyway but that's not an excuse if a doctor withheld medication from a patient because he thought they might die anyway.
@Ulrna - The responsibility of being an adult is that you don't give patients things that you as a doctor know you're not supposed to give them. You definitely don't leave a patient to die on the floor and not call 911, then try to hide the evidence of you giving drugs to a patient that you know dern well that you shouldn't have.
While MJ shouldn't have been taking those drugs and it's sad he didn't get the help he needed Murray also did things he knew he shouldn't have.
@A86 But why where there a doctor at Jackson’s estate in the first place, why did Jackson hire doctors.
In Jackson’s case he looked malnourished and generally sick in the end. If he died as a cause of these drugs, they would have had a hard time resuscitating him, if it would even be possible.
Would it be better had he laid in the hospital in coma like a vegetable?
I hope you understand I'm not debating Murray's guilt, I'm just curious where you (representing America) would draw the line.
@Ulrna - It's true that MJ shouldn't have hired doctors to feed him those medications that he didn't need (such as Propofol). A lot of people don't realize it but MJ was sometimes in a lot of physical pain due to physical injuries he accrued over the years, such as breaking several bones (some of them more than once) and having several fall injuries (not to mention his scalp burns). That's probably what got him hooked to anesthetics, though he was playing with fire by messing with surgical drugs
@Ulrna - "Would it be better had he laid in the hospital in coma like a vegetable?"
In some ways I think it would have been since there was a significant possibility he could have been revived, according to other doctors. According to several professional anesthesiologists Jackson could have been revived with an injection of another specific drug to counteract the Propofol. Murray could have injected it or the paramedics might have had whoever called 911 known what was in MJ's system. Sad. :(
@Ulrna - The down side is that MJ had been breathing shallow for long enough that even if Murray or some of the paramedics revived him there might have already been some brain damage at that point. But likely not enough where he would be non-functional.
I doubt he didn't know CPR. That was completely taken out of context. I think he might have wanted someone else to continue while he takes a break (maybe to hide or get rid of the drugs)
If this guy is guilty of involuntary murder every drug dealer who ever sold drugs that resulted in death are also. The guy should lose his license for selling those drugs but Jackson was responsible for his own death.
@godswad Penn state raped 8 to 20 boys MJ was only 2 and he was not guilty on all counts even 1993 because they saw it was all lies to fuck up Mjs name and for money iits really easy.Think b4 you post, penn really raped kids Mj didn't.
@godswad - Why don't you try actually READING about the case (and brushing up on American Law) while you're at it instead of repeating rumors and myths you heard someone else say about the case? All investigative departments and all 3 juries agreed not a shred of evidence was ever brought against MJ and neither of the two accusing families were credible (or even consistent in their stories).
@godswad - Complete BS on all counts. Not only is OJ nowhere near the first guilty man to be acquitted he was acquitted because the prosecutors tried to plant evidence, which introduced reasonable doubt. The jury did what they're supposed to do in such a situation. Comparing Jackson to OJ is apples and oranges because there is actually EVIDENCE against OJ Simpson. There is none against Jackson. No DNA, no video, no credible witnesses, nothing.
@A86 Keep apologizing for your dead pedophile hero. And the last sentence had to do with Michael trying to become white, but go ahead and play the race card... it's all you have.
@godswad - I love how you had no intelligent response or evidence to prove your little conspiracy theory. Just ad hominem attacks and insults. Typical media-brainwashed moron.
"And the last sentence had to do with Michael trying to become white"
How does one TRY to contract Vitiligo? You do know it's not contagious? I'm sure you didn't.
@A86 Wow, there is just no end when it comes to making excuses for your creepy icon. He built an entire theme park just to lure his victims. He had cameras and alarms positioned in the mansion so he would be alerted if someone was coming while he was doing his little "diddle-me-this" act with the kids. And he was deliberately trying to change his skin color.
@godswad - "He built an entire theme park just to lure his victims"
I guess that's why Walt Disney and Celine Dion also have amusement parks at home and why most celebrities have things that any teen would like to have (like video game arcades in their basement)? MJ did what a lot of men with that kind of money would do. How many men wouldn't build their own amusement park if they could?
Your comment makes no sense. How does going to the park translate to staying overnight?
@godswad - "so he would be alerted if someone was coming"
If anything you're revealing more of what kind of dirty things you'd use such things for than anything else. Almost all celebrities have security cameras. If all this bullshit you're spouting is true where are his victims? Where is the evidence anyone was molested? Why did 99.9% of the people who knew him testify nothing happened? If he was such a pedophile you'd think he'd have hundreds or thousands of victims. Was he just a noob? lol
@godswad - "And he was deliberately trying to change his skin color"
And what chemical out there completely and permanently removes all the melanin from your body and leaves you with the telltale leukocyte readings synonymous with Vitiligo, which turned up in the autopsy report? Hm?
You might want to think your bullshit through a bit more thoroughly before spouting it. At least be able to give a halfway decent BS rationalization instead of stuff that can be deconstructed easily.
@A86 Well I guess you have an answer for everything don't you. You can keep worshiping the clown if you wish but one thing will never change... he's dead and no amount of apologizing or defending can change that, and that's no bullshit!
@godswad - I don't have an answer for everything, it's just easy to respond to someone who is calling someone a pedophile over fucking zero evidence.
"he's dead"
And? Whether he's dead or alive facts will be facts. The facts are there's not a single shred of evidence he ever molested anyone, which is why he was never charged with anything and why billions across the globe still love him. Deal with it.
@godswad - Jeez, the haters are fucking brain-dead, I swear. Their genius response to all the facts proving his innocence is "He's dead!"? That's like proving that Einstein's theory of general relativity was correct and a detractor's rebuttal is, "Einstein is DEAD! Get over it!"
WTF? What the fuck does the person being dead prove? Does it, like, invalidate the facts surrounding their life or something?
@godswad - I hardly think you deserve this bit of knowledge but FYI the reason MJ had security cameras along his property (aside from being one of the most famous people in the world) was because back in the late 80s a deranged fan broke into his house and was heard crawling around in the air ducts in the ceiling. He also received more than one death threat from the Mafia back in the late 80s and early 90s when he refused to let the Mob in on some of the profits he was making.
everyone loves micheal?? not me he is a fucked up person he almost killed a baby, raped children, his face looks disgusting, he is a sick person, and is a drug addict and his singing sounded like a little bitch, the people we should be praising are the producers of the song and choreography .he is a bad dancer too all he did was grab his dick and slide his feet on the ground
Ok, with this evidence, open and shut. Incredibly negligent doctor. Four years is not enough.
I could expect this from a couple of meth addicts in a flop house somewhere, some guy passed out on a dirty mattress with an OD, but this man is supposed to be a fucking doctor. No. The end. I dont care what this man's circumstances were, he could have refused this work. He knew very well he wasn't qualified for it, and shouldnt be doing it, but he said yes anyway. Third Degree, at the very least.
@Etimos It's not Murray's fault. Don't be an idiot. Michael hired him. Murray didn't force the drugs on Michael. Michael asked for it. Michael would have hired a different doctor if Murray had not fullfilled his needs. He would have ended up in heaven either way. Michael has a history of acquiring various drugs illegally and thru different routes. In Michael's case, qualification meant NOTHING. He got what he wanted. That was his life. Murray was just another scapegoat!
@macherielle IT DOES NOT MATTER if someone else could do that, it matters that HE DID and murray ALLOWED, SUPPLIED and administered the drugs to him and then did not take proper care of him which led to his death he is guilty and it is his fault.
doctors get wackos who ask for drugs they shouldn't have all the time. its the doctors JOB to say no. their license to practice medicine is at stake here, genius.
@PattayaDIRTY Yup he killed one of THE TOP 5 EVER now look at the shitty music we have now "Michael Jackson Would 'Absolutely' Be Alive If Not for Conrad Murray, Juror Says" You are a sick fagget. Thank god i have a GOOD job.lmao
Everytime someone dies of heart disease who just ate at McDonalds, McDonalds should then be held criminally responsibly for supplying the heart attack causing foods? What kind of fucking logic is that? IT WAS MJ'S CHOICE TO TAKE THE FUCKING DRUGS! LOL HOW STUPID ARE YOU PEOPLE!?
@treysparker You simply cannot compare propofol to McDonalds. Sure, you can eat double the meal you would normally eat and are allowed to eat, but you cannot get a propofol dose that's double, triple or more than you are allowed to, which is very dangerous as you know. If the McDonalds was poisoned however, and caused a death, yes McDonalds would be responsible for it.
@EnigmaticJS - Like when you give a baby warm milk to go to sleep. MJ had become so dependent on it it was like his equivalent of a lullaby. Sad.
I've been injected with Propofol twice (2 surgeries I had earlier this year) and that shit is HARDCORE. I don't even remember the doctor counting before I remember waking up. When I woke up in the OR I was unable to move, open my eyes or even breathe. I could just hear them telling me to "Wake up" while I was awake but trapped in my own body.
@elmirasahar Dude, he didn't take advantage of him. There's no benefit for him to force this on Jackson. Michael may have been mentally unstable, but he had money, which equated power and he used that power to get what he wanted. This doctor just happened to be the one he got it from.
@harmon756 You are absolutely correct. Michael used his power to get what he wanted in life and if his desire was not fullfilled, he would look for someone else to do it for him. Either way Michael would not have survived relying on medication so much. And he chose Murray because he LISTENED to Michael. Murray was a friend from many years before this happened. Murray was his children's doctor too. Murray was a scapegoat. I love MJ, but that doesn't mean I agree with everything he does.
@DrMonkeyBoyJr You are WRONG!! Do some research before you respond to me! Murray knew Michael from many years ago. Not thru AEG. There is a photo of Michael, Murray and his children from years ago. It has nothing to do with AEG!! Do your research!!
@harmon756 - He took advantage of him because when people are addicted to a drug they're not thinking clearly. They get to a point where they're willing to do anything for their addiction and need professional intervention to get off of it (I should know since I've had several relatives addicted to crack). Conrad Murray was a doctor and fully knew better but aided his addiction anyway. That IS taking advantage of someone. He also violated the rules as a doctor and even left a patient to die.
Let's be honest, Michael Jackson wanted to become a white woman! You couldn't tell the difference between Michael and Latoya. Michael's face on a porn star's body. Shit freaked me out like thriller.
@bgrim2008 - I agree. How many weed overdoses have you ever heard of? Lol
But yeah, it's sad how many celebrities (and everyday Americans) get addicted to painkillers and other prescription drugs. When MJ died I actually said this case is a good example of why we need regulations on doctors and the prescription of medication.
@DameunPutazo Except, he's not a drug dealer. He's not just handing out the drug. Your comparison might apply had Murray been a pharmasist. But he's not a pharmacist either, he's his doctor, and he was abusing his privileges. He's guilty.
Murray deserves a medal for what he's done for society. We couldn't help this monster's victims but maybe now there's one less child who will have to suffer at the hands of 'pop legend.' If there's a hell I hope Michael Jackson is in it.
@i88player - It's irrelevant. That excuse doesn't work for drug dealers and it won't work for Murray. He's a doctor and he violated the rules of being a doctor by knowingly providing a patient with a dangerous drug. Even more he left a patient to die on the floor unattended (or at least un-helped) for almost an hour.
If you ask your doctor for Vicodin and he helps you swallow 20 pills, then you keel over in his office and he walks away what do you think will happen to your doctor?
This guy getting four years. I get it's not murder but just four years for such disgusting neglect. Hell no at least 10-15 years for what he did. Not doing your job, in watching over the man. waiting 20 minutes to call the medics. This gross neglect deserves far more than four years in jail. I'm no MJ fan but the degree of incompetence should punish for more than four years.
@leonia97 It was either an assisted suicide or the doctor killed Jackson. You can't apply logic and reason to a person crippled by their addictions. People don't always reach for suicide when they're schedule is free. People have taken their own lives on their wedding night, the day after giving birth, the week before they graduate with a university degree, and yes they do it quite frequently when everything appears to be getting better.
@leonia97 The doctors actions appear as if it was his goal for Jackson to die. By keeping the fact that Jackson was on propothol a secret and not pretending not to recall CPR. Those actions are unbelievable and don't in any way save the doctor fro being punished. An autopsy could prove very easily that Jackson O.D. the only thing Conrad did by not being honest was ensure Jackson's death. Without any reason to kill Jackson, one could deduce that this was an assisted suicide.
@bunkmasterflex His goal was not to let him die most likely, OF COURSE he would keep that a secret he would have lost medical lisence and been arrested on the spot (Like what happened regardless)
@leonia97 Losing his license was inevitable they'res no avoiding it by letting a patient die and go to autopsy. the only way he could have lessened his charges was not having a person die under his watch.
I don't really care. I think the judgement is correct, since the Doctor knew what he was doing was wrong, but I have absolutely no doubt that MJ is ultimately to blame for his own death as MJ knew what he was doing as well. This is what happens when celebrities get too powerful and rich for their own good. The Doctor was corrupt and doing exactly what MJ wanted. The fans and family are wrong for looking for a villain in the doctor. Symptomatic of our CORRUPT monetary system that promotes such.
Why would you kill the guy paying you 150k a month?

@A86 As it happens my father died of alcohol addiction and prescription heart medicines 3 weeks ago.
Should I blame someone for his death?
Ulrna 3 months ago
@Ulrna - That's not really comparable. Alcohol addiction is something you do on your own and there are no laws preventing you from getting alcohol over the counter. Addiction to an anesthesia that requires a doctor to get it for you and administer it to you (I've had Propofol and I can say from experience you CANNOT stay awake long enough to inject yourself with a sufficient amount of that stuff) is pretty different. Propofol isn't an over-the-counter drug or like shooting yourself with heroin.
A86 3 months ago

A86 3 months ago
@Ulrna - The responsibility of being an adult is that you don't give patients things that you as a doctor know you're not supposed to give them. You definitely don't leave a patient to die on the floor and not call 911, then try to hide the evidence of you giving drugs to a patient that you know dern well that you shouldn't have.
While MJ shouldn't have been taking those drugs and it's sad he didn't get the help he needed Murray also did things he knew he shouldn't have.
A86 3 months ago
@A86 But why where there a doctor at Jackson’s estate in the first place, why did Jackson hire doctors.
In Jackson’s case he looked malnourished and generally sick in the end. If he died as a cause of these drugs, they would have had a hard time resuscitating him, if it would even be possible.
Would it be better had he laid in the hospital in coma like a vegetable?
I hope you understand I'm not debating Murray's guilt, I'm just curious where you (representing America) would draw the line.
Ulrna 3 months ago
@Ulrna - It's true that MJ shouldn't have hired doctors to feed him those medications that he didn't need (such as Propofol). A lot of people don't realize it but MJ was sometimes in a lot of physical pain due to physical injuries he accrued over the years, such as breaking several bones (some of them more than once) and having several fall injuries (not to mention his scalp burns). That's probably what got him hooked to anesthetics, though he was playing with fire by messing with surgical drugs
A86 3 months ago
@Ulrna - "Would it be better had he laid in the hospital in coma like a vegetable?"
In some ways I think it would have been since there was a significant possibility he could have been revived, according to other doctors. According to several professional anesthesiologists Jackson could have been revived with an injection of another specific drug to counteract the Propofol. Murray could have injected it or the paramedics might have had whoever called 911 known what was in MJ's system. Sad. :(
A86 3 months ago
@Ulrna - The down side is that MJ had been breathing shallow for long enough that even if Murray or some of the paramedics revived him there might have already been some brain damage at that point. But likely not enough where he would be non-functional.
A86 3 months ago
I doubt he didn't know CPR. That was completely taken out of context. I think he might have wanted someone else to continue while he takes a break (maybe to hide or get rid of the drugs)

godswad 3 months ago
@godswad - Why don't you try actually READING about the case (and brushing up on American Law) while you're at it instead of repeating rumors and myths you heard someone else say about the case? All investigative departments and all 3 juries agreed not a shred of evidence was ever brought against MJ and neither of the two accusing families were credible (or even consistent in their stories).
A86 3 months ago 3
@A86 After OJ was acquitted no California law enforcement agency or jury can be deemed competent. Michael was as innocent as he was white.
godswad 3 months ago
@godswad - Complete BS on all counts. Not only is OJ nowhere near the first guilty man to be acquitted he was acquitted because the prosecutors tried to plant evidence, which introduced reasonable doubt. The jury did what they're supposed to do in such a situation. Comparing Jackson to OJ is apples and oranges because there is actually EVIDENCE against OJ Simpson. There is none against Jackson. No DNA, no video, no credible witnesses, nothing.
Try thinking instead of parroting. If you can.
A86 3 months ago 6
@godswad - Also, your comment about OJ and your last sentence lead me to believe this is a race thing with you....

A86 3 months ago
@A86 Wow, there is just no end when it comes to making excuses for your creepy icon. He built an entire theme park just to lure his victims. He had cameras and alarms positioned in the mansion so he would be alerted if someone was coming while he was doing his little "diddle-me-this" act with the kids. And he was deliberately trying to change his skin color.
godswad 3 months ago
@godswad - "He built an entire theme park just to lure his victims"
I guess that's why Walt Disney and Celine Dion also have amusement parks at home and why most celebrities have things that any teen would like to have (like video game arcades in their basement)? MJ did what a lot of men with that kind of money would do. How many men wouldn't build their own amusement park if they could?
Your comment makes no sense. How does going to the park translate to staying overnight?
A86 3 months ago
@godswad - "so he would be alerted if someone was coming"
If anything you're revealing more of what kind of dirty things you'd use such things for than anything else. Almost all celebrities have security cameras. If all this bullshit you're spouting is true where are his victims? Where is the evidence anyone was molested? Why did 99.9% of the people who knew him testify nothing happened? If he was such a pedophile you'd think he'd have hundreds or thousands of victims. Was he just a noob? lol
A86 3 months ago
@godswad - "And he was deliberately trying to change his skin color"
And what chemical out there completely and permanently removes all the melanin from your body and leaves you with the telltale leukocyte readings synonymous with Vitiligo, which turned up in the autopsy report? Hm?
You might want to think your bullshit through a bit more thoroughly before spouting it. At least be able to give a halfway decent BS rationalization instead of stuff that can be deconstructed easily.
A86 3 months ago
@A86 Well I guess you have an answer for everything don't you. You can keep worshiping the clown if you wish but one thing will never change... he's dead and no amount of apologizing or defending can change that, and that's no bullshit!
godswad 3 months ago
@godswad - I don't have an answer for everything, it's just easy to respond to someone who is calling someone a pedophile over fucking zero evidence.
"he's dead"
And? Whether he's dead or alive facts will be facts. The facts are there's not a single shred of evidence he ever molested anyone, which is why he was never charged with anything and why billions across the globe still love him. Deal with it.
A86 3 months ago
@godswad - Jeez, the haters are fucking brain-dead, I swear. Their genius response to all the facts proving his innocence is "He's dead!"? That's like proving that Einstein's theory of general relativity was correct and a detractor's rebuttal is, "Einstein is DEAD! Get over it!"
WTF? What the fuck does the person being dead prove? Does it, like, invalidate the facts surrounding their life or something?
A86 3 months ago
@godswad - I hardly think you deserve this bit of knowledge but FYI the reason MJ had security cameras along his property (aside from being one of the most famous people in the world) was because back in the late 80s a deranged fan broke into his house and was heard crawling around in the air ducts in the ceiling. He also received more than one death threat from the Mafia back in the late 80s and early 90s when he refused to let the Mob in on some of the profits he was making.

LOL HOW STUPID ARE YOU PEOPLE!?
treysparker 3 months ago
@treysparker You simply cannot compare propofol to McDonalds. Sure, you can eat double the meal you would normally eat and are allowed to eat, but you cannot get a propofol dose that's double, triple or more than you are allowed to, which is very dangerous as you know. If the McDonalds was poisoned however, and caused a death, yes McDonalds would be responsible for it.

harmon756 3 months ago in playlist More videos from TheYoungTurks
@harmon756 You are absolutely correct. Michael used his power to get what he wanted in life and if his desire was not fullfilled, he would look for someone else to do it for him. Either way Michael would not have survived relying on medication so much. And he chose Murray because he LISTENED to Michael. Murray was a friend from many years before this happened.

@bunkmasterflex You are an idiot (Yes of course MJ would kill himself months before his comeback tour.)
leonia97 3 months ago
@leonia97 It was either an assisted suicide or the doctor killed Jackson. You can't apply logic and reason to a person crippled by their addictions. People don't always reach for suicide when they're schedule is free. People have taken their own lives on their wedding night, the day after giving birth, the week before they graduate with a university degree, and yes they do it quite frequently when everything appears to be getting better.
bunkmasterflex 3 months ago
@bunkmasterflex Or.... He was using a drug that is dangerous with no supervision plus another sedtive thanks to a different idiot.
leonia97 3 months ago
@leonia97 The doctors actions appear as if it was his goal for Jackson to die. By keeping the fact that Jackson was on propothol a secret and not pretending not to recall CPR. Those actions are unbelievable and don't in any way save the doctor fro being punished. An autopsy could prove very easily that Jackson O.D. the only thing Conrad did by not being honest was ensure Jackson's death. Without any reason to kill Jackson, one could deduce that this was an assisted suicide.
bunkmasterflex 3 months ago
@bunkmasterflex OR MANSLAUGTER you dont need a reason for manslaughter (by definition you cant and even murdur you dont need any reason.)
If someone fucked up in a surgery and killed him would you say he assisted with suicide or that he fucked up.

@leonia97 You don't purposefully derail any chance at saving a patients life and say it was an accident. It was a really odd and suspicious case.
bunkmasterflex 3 months ago
@bunkmasterflex His goal was not to let him die most likely, OF COURSE he would keep that a secret he would have lost medical lisence and been arrested on the spot (Like what happened regardless)
leonia97 3 months ago
@leonia97 Losing his license was inevitable they'res no avoiding it by letting a patient die and go to autopsy. the only way he could have lessened his charges was not having a person die under his watch.
bunkmasterflex 3 months ago
I don't really care. I think the judgement is correct, since the Doctor knew what he was doing was wrong, but I have absolutely no doubt that MJ is ultimately to blame for his own death as MJ knew what he was doing as well. This is what happens when celebrities get too powerful and rich for their own good. The Doctor was corrupt and doing exactly what MJ wanted. The fans and family are wrong for looking for a villain in the doctor. Symptomatic of our CORRUPT monetary system that promotes such.
