2nd, I have a YouTube user account, which means I'm free to upload videos to SHARE w/ other users. If I had a YouTube Directors acct & tried to lay claim that this video was my creation or that I had any ownership rights then I'd see why people would say that's stealing. 3rd, the video also states at the end whom the creator is does it say 'StatisStranaded2'? No it states it's '5 second movies by That Guy with the Glasses'. I hope this clears up the ridiculous misconception that I am a thief.

I'm not saying it's against the law, or youtubes policy. Its just common sense not to use other peoples work (thats already on youtube AND has already been copied by several users) to get YOU more viewers.

Posting a vid that's already been copied by 100s of other users would really be huge a waste of time if I was trying to get more viewers. I could careless about more viewers. If I did I would have put more effort into my acct at YouTube. Other users have gotten over 600,000 views for this vid compared to my 838 views.

Why not gripe @ kontraband or guys who get 600,000 views for posting "someone elses" content. There's thousands of the same content uploaded on YouTube & the web. Usually it's because they want to share them w/their communities. The big picture, I'm the lowest common denominator here. My point-I saw it at kontraband, didn't have the time to waste looking to see if it was already on YouTube, then uploaded it so I could share it on forums, etc. It's free content fair use sorry if you can't agree.
