    extremely low

  • I am undoubtedly inspired by you! You're simply amazing! I have a question, I am 17, and I am completely dedicated to cakes and pastries. If after culinary school I wanted to work my way up to starting, and opening up my own upscale pastry bistro after I have compiled enough money, how would I incorporate the aspects of cake decorating into that? While still having my focus on cakes. i was thinking home business...? But then I would own and run 2 business. Help? Thanks!

  • @DriftedDreamingSoul What great ideas you have. Time to take courses in business management and all things culinary. I'm sure your instructors in culinary will cover lots of your questions. Best of luck to you.

  • I checked your website cakes4occasions but i didnt find any recipes, lovely cakes by the way

  • How do you make strawberry mousse? And how can i make buttercream at my home kitchen?

  • Check the recipe section of our web site for recipes for both strawberry mousse and buttercream. Molly @ KAF

  • That night hundreds of people ate her cake

  • thanks! :)

  • that was a great vid!! thanks for it!! just one q...at the end when you were showing the leaves on the cupcakes, your cupcakes were smaller and straight up, rather than fanned out at the top a bit. do you use a different kind of cupcake liner? if so...where do you get them? they're so cute that way!!! :D thanks!

  • There are different styles of cupcakes pans, some with straighter sides. It looks like that is what was used for the smaller cupcakes. You could try a web search for cupcake pans, or a site like J. B. Prince.

    Happy Baking! MJR @ KAF
