I'm sorry, but this song isn't worthy of the name of such a great author.
If Morbid Angel, Dream Theater, and Dave Matthew's Band performed a hip-hop tribute to Flannery O'Connor, I would be less offended. That's how horrible this song.
Morbid Angel? Dream Theater? DAVE MATTHEWS BAND??? So we're an epic/death metal hippy dipshit band? Goodness gracious. I don't quite see it.
And don't get me wrong--I know Flannery wouldn't have approved. She was a fantastic author but she was also an asinine southern catholic. Nobody's perfect. But I love her and this is what happened. Have you done anything for her?
Sorry for the negative comment. Wasn't having my best of days.
Not my genre, but the song isn't bad.

Ignore that comment. Those were horrible things to say and I shouldn't have posted them. Refer to my other comment as to the reason.
Though I don't think it's fair to call her 'asinine'; she was incredibly educated in regards to philosophy, particularly metaphysics and ethics.
