The most important thing about round house kick is that, this is the most simple, easy, fast yet most effective and powerful kick. A person who is good at this kick solely rely upon it. Its easy to learn this kick but to do it in a real fight one needs a rock hard shin bone, and years of practise is needed to make the shin bone hard.

@kickstriker81 I think it's simply because the guy checked it and the kicker hit the kneecap or something....When muay thai people kick bannana trees they are mainly deadening the nerves so they don't feel anything, while there are calcium deposits that fortify the small fractures they obtaint hrough the training, they aren't throwing on a whole layer of bone, they simply have small spots that are a little thicker, so IMHO I don't think it was because his shin bone wasn't hard enough.
