i tried a sample of tarte primer and liquid foundation and it broke me out. not a good thing. thanks for the review. i do like the brush, though :-)

Tartes powders and foundations aren't very good but you should try their cheek and lips stains its their best product. Also their liners are great and long lasting. QVC has the best prices for their products because they go on sale a lot

Thanks Dez.....it was a great review. you have very beautiful skin....can we have some hints on how to get smooth skin. i am currently trying cinnamon and honey on my face. Just about May this year i began experiencing acne.breakouts. also could you give us the colour you used on your eyes. Your tutorials have really elevated the way i look as it relates to make-up. i have severly oily skin and am still struggling with the foundation and powder "issue.

@AbiolaSful Hi Beautiful, for break-outs try Proactiv, it really works...I use it! QVC has the best prices on Proactive. For oily skin, try MAC Blot Powder, I use it. It really works at absorbing oil. For foundation..Try MAC Mineralized Skin Finish. It's a mineral powder foundation. It gives great coverage, and together with the MAC Blot Powder, you get great oil coverage for up to 4 hours at a time. I love the combination.......I hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

M.A.C. is also cruelty free, but most of their brushes have animal hair:( So I'd just double check to make sure on that brush.

As far MAC is concerned, after the MAC Rodarte controversy, I don't know if I trust them when they say they' have cruelty free products. But...that's me!

@Dezi1016 I think M.A.C. is so overhyped, I don't trust them either. Too expensive and they have animal bi-products is pretty much everything ugh. The Tarte stuff sounds right up my alley though, great video. Maybe I'll ask for some for my birthday:) Keep up the great videos!
