  • Underrated? Not for me!

  • camping 93

  • just a great song, period.

  • Fuerza y solvencia con una puesta moderna

  • you got to love this one

  • Hate to say it but looks like Gretchen Wilson's Work Hard, Play Harder has a lot of this song in it! Wayne Arthur

  • So right Harrymoker, such a great band,Weused have "RETOX" weekends where we lived,Invite people round,Fill up on allsorts of delights then PARTY.one band that was played more than others was this lot.The whole room would be rocking when a 'B Cs' trak went on,joints, trips, dexys and beers would start to flow. The Black Crowes knew how to rock.

  • GREAT ROCK SONGS ARE THOSE THAT MAKE YOU WANNA MOVE.AND THIS IS ONE OF THEM.

  • Yea....! ;)

  • anyone remember hearing a rumor that Izzy Stradlin was going to join the Crowes when he left GNR? Judging from his 1992 solo album, he would have been a perfect fit....that album and the Crowe's first one sound like they could be one perfect double album....

  • @decristo1021

One of the guitarists in this video even looks a lot like Izzy (the one with the hat)

  • @1ex1uger totally

  • When I hear "I ain't afraid" I always finish it in my head with "of no ghost".

    Ghostbusters!

  • the gutair player is sporting the same hair doo as my mom in the 90's but still a bad ass band one of my all time fav's

  • Kate Hudson forever !

  • fantastic!!!!!!!!!

    love this song..

  • if you can sit still to this you're a better man than i am, is there anything better..maybe GIMMEE SHELTER.

  • @mistake111 OMG I so agree with.If you're sitting down you just have to get up and move.Gimme Shelter is a favorite song of mine.

  • great video thumbs up :)

  • This song and a few others from this album use Open G guitar tuning .Keith Richards often used open G tuning himself on songs like.Start me Up.Brown Sugar and Can't you Hear Me knockin' just to name a few.

  • @lob287 I think every song on this album uses G except She Talks to Angels...which is in open E. I was a senior when this came out and loved it bc I thought it sounded like the Stones....once I got older and dug back into more music, I realized that this album is much more influenced by the Faces, Free and Humble Pie than the Stones....all great bands...

  • they sound an awful lot like the stones i love it!

  • 1990. that is when they got me. with this song. The Crowes have been a favorite ever since..."I was drunk on Sunday..."

  • I Just saw Chris Robinson's new band "The ChrisRobinson brotherhood" I suppose if you REALLY like the 'Greatfull Dead', sprinkled with a lil bit of AllmanBros and some Marshall Tucker you'll love these guys...

  • saw these guys live best concert ive seen there the only band ive ever seen do 4 hrs by themselves 2hrs of acoustic n 2hrs electric

  • isnt this song in GTA IV? Fucking awesome song. long live rocknroll :D

  • find me loose lipped and laughin singin songs aint got no regrets, love that line

  • man chris robinson can move, he's like the modern day steven tyler even tho steven tyler still is rockin in his 60s. he's skinny as shit, moves like crazy, has that bluesy raw sound in his voice, - the guys awesome. when is music like this and music like the 70s gonna come back, it seems we lost the what rock n roll is about

  • @lovethe70srock Check out the Gaslight Anthem. Either "Great Expectations" or the Bonnaroo performance of "Boxer." They get it.

  • Nice song, has something of The Faces.

  • How does one think the Stones blow?

  • one of their best

  • great video!!!

  • Bitchy not to give Jeff credit, haven't had a decent lead player since!

  • Check out our band we got a new album out now!!!! listen and subscribe!!!! :)

Take a look on youtube ;-) Grand Met Bondye!!

  • Simply a great song! ;-)

  • U would think a man u thinks that the stones blow wouldn't know that much about them

  • wow what a comment... the stones blow????? never mind the fact they influenced every rock n roll band for the last 30yrs u fucking narrow minded moron wher've u been living ?? under a rock

  • The guys try so hard to look like Mick Taylor and Ron Wood. The singer Robinson copied his dance moves from Rod Stewart.

Their sound is ripped from the Stones' Exile on Main Street.

  • @TruthAxe You jelly again?

  • @TruthAxe and look at all the fucking money they made. haha

  • @TruthAxe Thats not true.

  • @AppetiteForRoses suck a jagon

  • true axe, youre an idiot

  • You amuse, @codyandkylesmom. Next time, try an apostrophe to form the conjunction of you and are: you're. This way, you won't look like an idiot.

  • @TruthAxe Why are you here? Do you have so much hate running through your veins that you need to start fights with people trying to enjoy music? Are you secretly a member of the grammar police, sent to point out the incorrect use of conjunctions? Or, are you just a huge douche? I'm going to go with the latter.

  • You amuse, @sirsbusiness. Mere words have triggered your anger and launched you into out of control rage. Look at you go!

YouTube provides facility to comment on videos. Do you have so much hate running through your veins that you need to start fights with people using the facility YouTube provides?

Your clumsy use of false dichotomy -- grammar police or douche -- amuses.

Luckily for us, there is no dichotomy for you. You're straight up douche all the way.

    Oh how you amuse.

  • @TruthAxe Good point, they're not mutually exclusive. You're a douche and a member of the grammar police! You amuse!

  • Rolling Stones wannabes.

  • @TruthAxe the stones have not been anywhere as good for 30 years mate. The Crowes still have it.Going to see them tomorrow, cant wait.

  • @MrADUFFIELD Yes, the Stones blow. They weren't all that good anyway.

Enjoy the show. Where are you seeing them play, a church or bingo hall?

  • I can't stand the hype that surrounds them. As if they've lived an exciting life and done more drugs and alcohol than any other band before them. Pure hype

  • SOOOOOOOOO FANTASTIC !!!! Bring back ROCK !!! CROWES ARE THE BIZZ ....

THIS MUSIC SENDS ME TO ANOTHER DIMENSION!!!

  • These guys are so underrated it makes me sick, they diserve more, they are the best fucking band on earth!

  • Love that in your face snare drum. Such a cool song.

  • Someone please tell me who's the guy with blue hat!!!!!!!!! 1:00 pleaasseeeee!!!!!!!!

  • love em thats all there is too it....plain and simple

  • HEI GUYS PLEASE PLEASE EASY IN DROGS DONT DIE BECAUSE WORLD NEED YOUR SOUNDSSS PERFECT. !!!!

  • I watched a guy blow himself up in Baghdad, walked back to the truck and drove off listeining to this song on my IPod. It's funny what sticks in your head.

  • @Swhitsnk I bet that faggot thought there'd be 72 virgins waiting for him if he did. I guess I'd rather pretend 72 virgins will be waiting for me if I kill myself for the invisible sky wizard than live in a fucking desert shit hole.

  • "shut up maaaaaaan. the crowes are on the radio"

  • Always thought the music was great but Chris Robinson ruined it for me. Give them a real lead vocalist and they would have would have been out of this world.

  • @gazono2 so sorry I missed your nice comment. I hope you were able to find your bollocks after the show. Saw the Crowes at the Fox Theater in Hot Lanta about 88 or 89. The Boys Blew That Room Away For Real. On a good night I will start drinking my favorite ale in a frosted glass, and put the first two albums on. By the fifth or sixed brew, I got my Les Paul, and princeton out, and I'm up there Jamming with The Boys, "Letting Time Stand Still." Have Mercy, and Let The Good Times Roll Pretty MaMa.

  • someone please can tell me whats the name of the guy with blue hat???

  • Chris Robinson doing his very best Rod Stewart, I like it alot

  • the Crowes are considered southern rock...they got the bluesy feel to them...as far as bands stealin riffs from other bands..look up Led Zeppelins songs and see how many they actually stole from old time blues and rock n roll players. Ever heard of Howlin Wolf and Creedence Clearwater Revival..listen to the songs Susie Q by CCR and Smokestack Lightenin by Howlin Wolf..same fuckin guitar riff

  • @MrCoverby Susie Q is not CCR's song.

  • @jeTTa002 either way its still the same guitar riff

  • 37 people are jelous of "the black crowes "

  • rra,If in fact that was true, he would have to sue them all.

  • They both are great bands, but I do hear the same riff in both songs,

  • total rip off, AC/DC should sue. Aint no fun wating around being a millionaire!!

  • @MrSudbury12000 Can't see the connection myself? Both great bands, but different species musically. The Black Crowes have an early Stones vibe about them, especially on this album. AC/DC are AC/DC - good-time Rock'n'Roll.

If they ever play your part of the world, buy a ticket - you won't be disappointed.

  • @MrSudbury12000 The Black Crowes live MILES down Music Street from AC/DC. I dont pick that similarity up. Certainly not in this song.

  • @MrSudbury12000 then who is chuck berry going to sue then??????

  • From the school of Humble Pie...a throw back kick ass Rock N Roll Band..seen them

several times, never disappointed..always a great show and a great night...

  • I want those blue boots!!

  • I want these blue boots!!

  • Top Post Yeahhhhhhhh!!!!!!

  • Poster band for pot smokers

  • love this music

  • I was in high school when this CD came out. Wohooooooooo. Love it.

  • One of the most underrated rockbands ever!!!

  • @mikec2020

I dont reckon they were underrated...

  • @mikec2020 I totally agree. They remind me of the Rolling Stones in their style and sound.

  • @mikec2020 no doubt brother

  • Great mood and movement in the Music! Cheers, Layden Robinson.

  • I had no idea what the name of this or hard to handle was. They're both great.

  • 37 people are jealous again

  • was told about this band the other day,and i really like this song!!

  • thanks

  • Black Crowes = Rock 'n' Roll

  • Why not come and see Luther from The Black Crowes Will playing with North Mississippi Allstars at the world famous Dingwalls, Camden, London. Wednesday 11th May

  • fuckin top

  • The guy with the blue boots is so fuckin hott. :whew:

  • @69wonderlust generally i prefer women but i'd love to go home with the lead singer, that's the hottie imho

  • The guitarist at 0:11 is a spitting image of a young Joe Perry.

  • I like Black Flag's version better

  • @seniordisabled black flag are gay, poor man's Dead Kennedys

  • This is a rocking song!! Thanks so much for uploading it. A thumbs up!! Peace2U, Alex

  • Good (mini) solo, don't think it's kosher to cross Jeff's name out.

  • This is pure rock an roll influenced by the Rolling Stones and Rod Stewart Faces. I will probably rock to this untill I can't rock anymore . I've heard stories about the BC being a pain to work with but not my problem , their music is great. Guys wear great boots!

  • Chris Robinson claims that Rod Stewert was one of his influences. you can actually see it in his style. He has a very similar sound to the old Rod from the 1970's. Even the way he dances around while he sings is very Rod.

Anyway, the Black Crowes kick ass!!

  • I think 37 did

  • 37 people are afraid of losing face.

  • The Black Crowes can be mentioned in the same breathe as Zepplin, Stones, Doors. They are lengendary !!!!

  • @caveman0102 Sorry but they aren't even in the same league!

  • My daughter got me tickets to see The Crowes for my my 40th birthday. It was one of the best presents I've ever had. We had seen them 3 other times, but they put on such a great concert each time we couldn't get enough. We've seen the Stones also, and the two bands are quite different and sound different. (I saw some kind of comment going on in another video). The Crowes are fantastic. Thanks for the video and music!

  • Can never get enough of the Crows!!

  • these 5

    best ever

  • love to hear some keyboard. theres not enough of that nowadays

  • @sketchybananas R U serious? I would say todays music lacks guitar

  • @MrBuc128 there's always guitar in songs. Sure i can see that it lacks as in lacking in skill but i havn't heard a song with good keyboard in a while and in my opinion it's just as awesome as guitar

  • This is the type of rock n roll i like the best, too me this is what rock should sound like.

    =)

  • @NerdyVideos4U o hell yes!

  • @NerdyVideos4U great band, but if it all sounded like this then it wouldn't really be refreshing to hear. That's what makes listening to them so great.

  • Great song, music, voice, but the video sucks! They could do a way better one than this. This makes them appear amateur and clearly they're not. Lucky the music is so good!
