Thank you Sofia for this. I am beginning to really like the chemistry between these two. In america you can teach your own child but I don't think it is such a good idea. Most teachers that are the parent of a child they teach tend to be harder on that child than the others, just to make sure no one accuses them of being to easy on them. IMO anyway. o... personally, I thought it was more to do with the fact that he was in jail for the past few years (that is right, right?? pretty sure I remember reading that he got out of jail recently... )

Kim's dad's wife (Kim's mother) has just died and that's why probablu he is like that.
The male teacher who comes to help out's is the math teacher who has a son in the same class as Kim and Adam. =P
