Homeless Teens at Covenant House Houston Share Their Stories

It's not like this anymore. I was there for months, the staff was terrible to me, they harassed me constantly. They also put kids out all hours of the night for insignificant reasons. They don't drive around, and when I went there they refused to give me food, claiming to be 'out of food' because the door man disliked me. They staff is especially mean towards gay/ lesbian youth, and people who keep to themselves, which is ironic, because they get donations due to their work with the gay youth.

I was at the covenant House for 2 years homless alchoholic . Now im In full time ministry reaching out To the homeless and the youth for the glory of God . i didnt respect this place when i was there but now when my live has progressed i praise God for the people that work there God bless you all

teens carry allot of pain and anger. But Fear leads in the battle to stay alive and
