@Xskate4funX it's a Cm because in order from the 6th string to the 1st the notes in the chord are C, G, C, Eb, G, and C...a Cm chord only has to have the notes C, Eb, and G.

@redfreak48 It takes some getting used to, for sure... but it helped me to learn it by doing these things:

1) play the song in windows media player at slow speed

2) try to copy the pattern using a single string alone (helps your strumming hand)

3) after you've become a bit accustomed to the pattern with the slow tempo, try it at faster tempos until you're at the correct tempo

My entire point was that if someone was to say to me, "hey I know the chords to a song you like, the strumming pattern is off and the chords might not even be right," I'm still inclined to listen in the chance that they are correct, then I don't need to spend the time figuring them out myself. My point is this, it's better than nothing. People have a responsibility to themselves to determine accuracy in regards to music just as much as information.

It sounds 10000000 times better playing the Cm on the 3rd fret in the A form. Also you dont play your bar chords all the way through. You should strings G-e ring out more

Ok just to start off, I am completely terrible at the guitar but i like to play for fun (when im not playing my drums bcuz i do no how to do that). Ok karma said to play cm on the third fret and when i do that i actually sounds like the song, and i know when u do 8 10 10 8 8 its the same chord, but why does it sound all whiny and high pitched? i dont understand but to help you could answer and not leave troll comments about how ignorant/stupid i am because i already know thanks!=)
