Also to answer your question: it would be a human. But in the womb isn't a complete human who is capable of life. It's not as important as the mother. Or as the women who have cancer. When someone has a miscarriage they don't typically have a funeral. But for cancer victims they do and it's devastating.

If you took a 10-22 week old fetus out of the womb no amount of life support is going to save it, it doesn't matter how it exits the womb.
