  • Wow didn't know ableton was capable of this much! lol I just use it to record from my guitar amp, but this video has opened up new doors. Great job!

  • Excellent video cheers mate.

  • not bad!

  • good stuff

  • cool, I suppose you can then group up teh trackls to keeop it tiday as a 'STAB GROUP' I worry about processing power but it;s proabbly very minimal to copy

  • @MigoiMusic If you're running into processing issues start freezin up the midi tracks with lots of VST's loaded and convert them into audio.. then you can deactivate the midi tracks and save some ressources. You can easily unfreeze the midi tracks again if needed... or buy a fully loaded Macbook Pro :D

  • @Senj1n or a custom gaming pc with water cooling and savagely overclocked processors cores - for the same price! :D

  • @listensilenthaastile Have fun taking that monster to Gigs :D

  • @Senj1n with a mac or equivalent laptop for the road ;)

  • @listensilenthaastile

Why would one want a gaming-rig for producing music?

  • @raydeN1337 Why not? My computer is a core i7 920 overclocked to 4.2ghz per core and runs on a water system with two radiators. Even the gpu has a waterblock. My computer is very quiet. Not only does a huge track barely touch 10% (including a ton of Kontakt instruments - my brothers macbook needs to freeze tracks! - lame!!!), when I hit a creative wall, I can go play some games - which helps huge, especially when creating dubstep (at least imo).

  • any reason why you copied the track to create the filtered stab version rather than just draw automation to turn the filter on for that section in the same track?

  • @MigoiMusic He did it the same way I would too. Automation is cool - but its sometimes nice to have a separate track so you are free to do more things eg layer the two sounds :)

  • Ha Giomi, alles goed? :P
