Worst riding I've seen in a long time, especially the guy on the track bike. Even more pathetic is that they're not even going fast. Makes me appreciate not living in New York, I would probably end being assaulted by one of them for failure to "yield" to them when walkling at a crosswalk as they went through a red light. By the way, I'm probably the only "serious" cyclist in my aera (Paris, France) who stops for pedestrians.
I think he was hacking at around the 4:01-4:04 time-mark.
