i rather think it should be "Mayan Fire" mainly even tho the Aztecs were highly powerful and had the best technology at the time and also for sacrifices they did cut out the human heart but with the Mayans they did skin the victim and gutted the person then tied wood around him and let the wood on fire so he would burn to death. Also to become king you had to give blood to the Gods wich in that way you had to use the rope of torns, cut your toung, then you had to get blood from the pubic area.

LOL OMG! This brings back memories from freshman year marching band! We played it as our opener (though I seem to remember it being a bit faster and less legato) But then again it has been..:thinks:..twenty-five years now hehe

Back in 1983, Jenson Productions had an arrangement of Aztec Fire by Jay Bocook and it was part of its University Series. The University of Oklahoma Marching Band performed it and blew it off the charts!! It 's probably the best version of this song I have ever heard. If any old school band members have a copy of that version, PLEASE upload it here.....I really would love to here it.
