  • Ok Alberto Crane should cut weight to make 145 Lbs. It's a better fit for a man who is 5'5! I mean Manvel gamburyan went down from 155 to 145 and that shit did wonders for him. To get all the way to Jose Aldo alone is an impressive feat!
