Those are really nice amps for the money. It looks like a 5210 dual channel 50 watt combo, mage from like 86-89 ish.

Don't sell it unless you get a 4210. It should be pretty reliable, and have a very JCM800 series combo tone...A sleeper!

just about perfect. needs some heavy reverb and it'll be exact. oh, and playing half a step down would probably make it sound closer (not that it's THAT important for a tone demo)

I would recommend you add some reverb to it, also, it seems like you're using the bridge pickup (sounds like so) and you should be using the neck pickup, if you were, then lower the treble and that should be enough ;) I could duplicate the tone on my Digitech RP255 multieffect pedal and I don't even have to move anything on the amp.

@victor1997ification Probably not, considering slash's amp comes from the warmth and crunch of a tube marshall 1959, and the the saturation of an analog distortion pedal.

The amp Is a Marshall Master Lead Combo and Marshall JCM800 Combo is the same. and the settings is: MASTER: Presence: 5 Volume: 4, Reverce: 8.5, BOOST: Bass: 9, Middle: 1.5, Treble: 9, Volume: 8, Gain: 2, NORMAL: Bass: 3, Treble: 3, Volume: 3. i have to disagree. MGs are by no means high quality amps, but i have a 250DFX and you can dial in some pretty good sounds. of course my JVM kills it in every way possible, but i gigged with my MG for about a year and was very satisfied with it. does it sound amazing? no. does it sound like a marshall? yes. keep the mids dialed high and go easy on the gain and that thing can get some pretty good tones.

You will need a Epi or Gibson Les Paul standard, marshall amp, and wah pedal

Marshall Amp Settings

presence, 7; bass, 7; midrange, 4.5; treble, 7; output master, 6; lead master, 10; input gain, 6.5

Then you will need a dunlop Wah-Wah pedal or a wah pedal similar.

To achieve the Neck pickup tone, roll your knob to about 8 or 9

Also, on ur wah pedal have it all the way forwards, and with your heel, roll it back an inch or two. Whatever sounds closer to you.

Well it's hard to tell it's a marshall valve amp, it looks like an MG but there is nothing on that amp that shows what model it actually is.
