Underrated because: Doesn't continue to get played on their tours, apparently not enough of a fan favorite, underplayed on the radio, didn't chart extremely high when originally released, album version was inexplicably changed for this video which probably partly explains the decrease in exposure (RickU2 was nice enough re-mix the video with the album version and post on YouTube, thanks!).

I think anybody calling this song underrated don't mean to imply that it's underrated among the U2 catalog of songs, but among all pop music of it's period. If people are calling this song underrated, they're probably meaning it should have big hit for them.

Whoever has said that this song is overrated obviously don't know what they're talking about.
