Did anyone notice one of the dryers in the backround caught on fire at about 1 minute and 50 seconds in? It is bright orange and 2 stage hands come out and extinguish it. Needless to say, they keep playing music right on through the whole ordeal! They are awesome!!!

The dryer didn't catch fire.. they had lights at the back of the dryer. The two people came out to fold the T-Shirts :-) When they did R30 at the LA Bowl, the person who came to the dryers was Jack Black :-) !! :-)

I was at the show a week before this filmed show at what was then known as The Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA. My fourth Rush concert I went to and this rivals the show I saw in 1997 which was recorded for Different Stages (the 2112 on that album was recorded at the show I went to so yes I'm on a live album). Been a fan for 22 years. When my best friend went with me, he was a casual fan by the end of show I gave him my Rush In Rio CD (earlier in the day I bought another copy for myself).

excellent video! the stage videos that they used on this tour were great. the planetarium effect during the overture, the watchful eye of the priests...i still get chills at 5:11-5:23 and at 5:50. oh yeah...and the bobble heads on the grand finale! thanks for posting such a great video. got my ticket to see them this thursday (17 july 2008) woohoo!
