I agree about Evan's choice to change his exhibition at the last minute, as a consideration to both the 2 other men who had planned his oehter skates before him, and to the audience that really probably didn't want to hear the same song again. I cannot remember how many times I had to sit through "Jesus take the Wheel" at a couty fair a few years back! Annoying as all get out!! Thanks, Evan..and WELL DONE!!

he is a mediocrity. slow. mechanical. lacks artistism. good skater, but ordinary. nothing even slightly comparable to Plushenko's genius. Plushenko's art on the ice.

I agree about the diversity. Especially in competition he could try some different things. But I love his skating overall!

I really like Evan, but his programs really need some more diversity--once you have seen one, the rest are all the same. some new elements would definitely help him to become a more polished skater...

h3 is not even closeeeeeeeeeee to johnny.. in this season .. obviously the highlights are on johhny cause his awesome skate speak for itself... he dont need another title.. he already won 3 and this one was stoled..

I actually think he had planned to skate to "Boston", 'cause that's usually the costume he uses for that exhibition, but O'Shea (novice champion) had already skated to it, and I tend not to believe anything nbc tells us anymore.

Anyway, wether he was to skate to "Boston" or to "Ave Maria", I thought it was a really nice and considerate gesture both to O'Shea/Johnny and to the audience to change his exh. number at the last minute.

And that half-circle of twizzles is freakin' INSANE.

Great program.. but I find it funy he used his short program. did he not plan an exebition? maybe he was going to use Ave maria again, but then johnny skated to it so....

well we see how much he thought about this program. he's becoming quite the all around skater really, i mean, his spins are great, footwork is TERRIFIC this season, and he's polishing his jumps and pushing himself. oh classic johnny.
