What we all need to realize is that after a girl has started her menstrual cycle she is now able to have children. Technically the best time to have children is when you are younger because you eggs have been with you since you were born. I am 18 without kids but i plan to marry soon. I think its the best choice. Also ppl have different cultures once in the history everywhere ppl were getting married at 15 and the men were always older. Also in other countries ppl can work as that young of age.

My neighbor daughter is now 18 with two babies. I believe she had the first child at 14 or 15, but no amount of talking worked to slow her down. Now she has her second child and on birth control but those chemicals has caused her to put on the weight. Hopefully she will slow down and make something of her life.

Starting sex at 15 is normal in any sence. 15 year old is mature enough for that. I personally know a lot of girls who started sex at 15 (including my sister) and none of them feels "raped", "abused" etc., this is a very common age to start having sexual relations.
