i had made a u-part for more leave out because i wanted to be able to part my hair in different ways... when i finished and cut the U the top was longer than my hair line... was it because i had made it wide? or from lookin from this video was i suppose to make the tracks slightly curved in the front? I see you did that but then that might not be the problem... if you dont get what im sayin then basically how can I make sure my next u part dont be long in the front to sew in..

What do you do with the elastic on the sides?

I'm too ADD to go that..... Instead of sewing the hair on to the cap, I take out my trusty hot glue gun and glue the tracks onto the cap. Then, instead of sewing it onto my head, I sew clips/combs around the perimeter of the cap and stick it on my head. Take me 20 minutes and last for a loooooong time.

Hey Adri,

I am thinking abt making a glue version with 2 stocking caps and sewing clips instead of sewing it on ( I am lazy, hair needs to breathe). What do u think about gluing a track underneath the cap and FLIPPING it over to help hide the tracks on the u-part? I think it will give it a more finished look and will make hiding the u-part track easier. I might try it.
