Of course some people don't like to hear the doom and gloom since they have their money in the economy and depend on good news...

@theeastwatch If you play the greater fool strategy by speculating in Fed-created asset bubbles then you has better make sure you get out before the denoument comes. I think it is best to stay clear of bubbles because it is hard to know when to get out. Most people end up holding the bag when it pops. If you are smart enough to know when the bubble is boing to burst, go for it.

Real estate will go down in value, but up in Fiat. So buying now isn't exactly a bad idea. Buying a 500k home at 250k....inflation will cause that home to be 1 million soon.

Still no where near as good of an investment as precious metals
