Islam grows fast because they have a lot of kids, and they immigrate a lot. Why do they immigrate? Because their country sucks. Immigration just shifts populations; it does not make it "grow." Christians in third world countries immigrate A LOT as well, as do Hindus and others. She was obviously not so frail as she became after getting shot and even small kids (in waring African countries for example) often are seen with heavy rifles.
