I was looking for movie which i saw at tv, unfortunately last part, dont know the name.Thought that was Mimic 3 but as it turned out not to.So what i saw there was

super organism down in the sewers under small american town he somehow control people, or he consum them and then evoked their images.Few scientis or what, were at the end in some fancy techologic van, full of computers and stuff. and they trick that being with some psychologilac trap.they force his to appear at street.NAME OF FILM?
