I remember this old station ID of ABS-CBN in 1993. I was 7 years old then & studying at kindergarten when it was first aired on TV. I think, it was launched nung nag-celebrate cla ng 40th anniversary on TV during that year. Well, that was 15 years ago; pero ngaun, they are celebrating their 55th year on TV, at cla pa mismo ang nagcmula ng Philippine television since 1953. Napakabilis naman ng panahon at malayo na rin ang narating ng Kapamilya mula noon hanggang ngaun.

I remember the ABS-CBN Sarimanok station ID when I was 7 years old (1993). It's almost 15 years ago, & I think, I still enjoying the station ID's of ABS-CBN then & now. Isa lng naman ang masasabi ko dyan: "Iba pa rin talaga magmahal ang Kapamilya!" :-)

great id. i wondered why abs didnt really tell it to everyone that it won an ny festival medal. ang alam ko parang after this id may sign lang dun na WINNER: New York Film and TV Awards something. Unlike GMA whod come up with a 30-seconder about their medals in NY Festival (about Firing Line pa ata yung medal nila nun).

"3 rings representing luzon, visayas mindanao....." tapos 2 versions ng ABS theme ang gamit, yung isa yung parang trumpet then the other one is the theme they used nung bumalik sila sa ere nung 1986

actually, late 1993 ito ini-ere, in connection with the 40th year of ABS-CBN television and philippine TV as a whole...i remember this S/ID, during the first few weeks na pinapalabas ito, ending with "the official network of miss universe 1994"...
