Tell me, is his physical vehicle yoga? because i know taoism only as spiritual vehicle and derived from that, his physical poses don't match

the physical art he practices is Shaolin (Buddhist) kung fu. as far as taoist physical arts, there are plenty indeed! many forms of qigong and tao yin (similar to yoga) are taoist, and to get a taste of taoist martial arts, just look up Wudang, but don't limit your idea of taoist physical arts to anything you might find on a quick search. enjoy!

great to see this clip again.i lost this video in a house fire[and many more].it comes from one of the first wu shu tornaments in china.i was told by a chinese friend of mine that this guy was the brother of pu yin the last ruler of china.i would luv to know more about him.thank god for the tube.

this is why MMA and BJJ and all that other stuff cant touch chinese gong fu and kung fu. Most of them MMA guys cant even kick at the age of 60. 93 and still doin his thing thats called martial arts.
