food and water werent a problem and our luck was that we found a railroad,problem was a railroad has 2 ways :))),at first we were going the rong way luckly a women directed us the righ way and we made it to the caban,were the teacher beat the crap out of us. all and all bear has skills and snows very much about this kind of sitiuations and all of them are about BASIC survivial, Sory about my enghlish :D

I used to like this show until I watched this one. Several problems I can detect, knowing Turkey:

1. First, the area is NOT a desert; there is no desert in Turkey. It is a small touristic area of rocks and all. It not sand, and the area is small.

2. It is not a dangerous area; it is a touristic spot. They must have asked all the people to stay away while recording this video.

grylls does MOST of the time stay out at night in shelters and stuff. Most of what he does is real and a lot of it improvised.

Most of the places he goes are hours away from hotels, hospitals etc etc. He does OCCASIONALLY stay in hotels but so what? He still would know what to do if it was for real. He was in the SAS, climbed everest at 23 and broke his back in 3 places just to recover fully in 2 years. People like that are rare.

At least in Les Stroud's Survivorman show he shows you how to survive and do it safely at the same time.

look i like survivorman too. i think it's really good for proper valuable info but most of the time he is just enduring not surviving. les said so himself. Born survivor is sometimes faked but it's a "worst case scenario" type show and it's meant to be entertaining not realistic. i wish everyone would stop the whole bear vs les shit and just enjoy the shows for what they are. if you dont like either of the shows...dont watch them, simple as.Just dont ruin it for others who do enjoy watching them

The series are pretty entertaining but it is proven that the series are scripted and that he just shows you certain situations in dangerous areas. What they dont show you is that after filming a scene, they head back to the hotel, sleep, rest, eat and prepare and look for a location for the next scene.

Still pretty entertaining though. And the eating of filthy stuff is definitely real.

Yes, I am. Bears and Discovery channel themselves have admitted that its fake. Its just entertainment and the guy is showing you what you "COULD" do if you somehow ended up in the middle of the nowhere.

Its not part of his job to be genuinely facing danger that might get him killed and his wife a widow. He has kids too. You think he is going to be in real dangerous situations just for fun?
