syeshasucks is wrong. Lee didn't handle the protesters well. The protesters unlike Lee & the rest of The Anthonys care about Caylee. Lee took the ballons & signs protesters put infront of his house ripped them out of the ground & threw them in the garbage. How is that handling it well?
The lawyers know that this "private funeral" would NEVER be aloud to happen. That is why they are asking for it.....just so they can say "poor casey wanted to be a part of Caylee's funeral...but the big meanie judge wouldn't let her..." *gag*
Lee didn't handle the protestors well at all. He ripped up signs, and in once case took water away from a dog who was just sitting there with the owner. I didn't agree with the protestors but in this particular situation Lee was nasty to the woman with the St. Bernard who was on public property. Lee didn't andle the flowers etc., placed on the public area in front of the house when the remains were identified as Caylee's. He threw them Away.

i felt bad for lee having to deal with the losers and their signs and toys in front of the anthony house..
