I think these cakey cookies are actually pronounced: mad-len', but I will tell you that I have wanted to try baking them myself. I just need to buy the pan. I'll let you know how they turn out, Maria! :)

What temperature did you preheat the oven too? Did you say bake for 14 minutes?
375 F - regular all purpose flour ...
