    ....sorry but this receipe is not chinese crispy roast pork. but some other kind ... LOL

    You dont slice it ( ref to end of video clip), You have to use a big bucther knife to chop it, so that the skin is intact and not fall off.

    Also the skin suppose to be on the up side and not downwards. The purpose it to let the skin char and burned - scrap the burn part of with a knife later
