  • what just kills me is the price of real estate in Michigan,add $150,000 to these prices and that's what I have to work with in Utah. But I guess it's all realitive I don't know.

  •  Really nice guy !!! im sure hes honest , however he like most R.E. gurus make the assumption that their students allready have a foundation in the business !!! you know what they say about assumptions !!!

    its no different than buinding a house, without the proper foundation all you have is a house of cards . I purchased Ron Legrands one dollar deal course recently and was very impressed how easy R.E. is to understand and impliment once you have the proper training/teaching !!! Dont give up,
