I'm learning to heelflip because I can't kickflip. Do you have any tips to help me with getting my feet up high enough to land it? I usually land after the board. Thanks!

i have some fucking problem here that everytime i do heelflip i can't land back my fucking front foot on the fucking board, m foot just landed on the grounded, it makes it hard for me to land back my front foot... any help dude?? please make a video how to land back my front foot....
i can do everything but land with my front foot on the board the flip is clean and everything its just my front foot hits the ground and i cant get it on the board
on my heelflips, i can get it to rotate. but i can only land one foot becuz when i flick the board move forward and not center under me, am i flicking to hard or wierd, any suggestions
i can flick the bored but i cant land on it i land on the side
