You can't really tell what's going on...quality is kind of low to see. From what I can tell, you rub your damp hands on the handles and you get music...
Ya I recorded it on my phone so the quality really sucks. When the camera zooms in on the water you can sort of see the water moving and its actually spitting out of the bowl.
