Ok. Call me an idiot, but I'm confused. So he takes the wife upstairs and she's on the floor and he goes after the kid. So how does the wife wake up in bed and what about the doll? Why does the little girl break her doll? Did the man actually hurt his wife and child, or did the wife just imagine that? If she imagined it, why'd she poison his coffee?

The girl breaking her doll is destructive behaviour typically seen in a child who's suffering abuse. The man was really abusing his wife and daughter in the video and it wasn't imagined by the wife at all. It wouldn't be happening in real life obviously, as they're only actors.

I cried, this reminds me of what happened to my friend except it was her brother, he had been doing it for a long time, she never told anyone. I discovered the truth 4 years ago, when I read the journal Lilli had left for us. She wanted us to know what happened, how he raped her over and over again...no one in her family believed her...and I wasn't there to save her.

My brother comitted suicide days after they were caught.

A year later her mother gave mine and Lilli's friend the journal because Lilli had left it for us so we would know the truth. After our friend read it she came to me and I read the journal. @96ashleymarie Probably due to the time period this video is taking place. It looks like the 1800s and although divorce was acceptable, it was still frowned on, especially in a rich house like that. Or perhaps she was trapped in the marriage to him. Women had (and some still have) very little rights in a marriage.

I guess in a way she was able to escape, people say it's the cowards way out but if you think about it...no one in her family believed her and the journal she kept showed that she started to spiral downwards. I always get the feeling like I could've done something and I wish I could go back to save her but I can't...and it kills me

Try to help people like her, mostly now you can identify people with those problems. If someone is smiling less and all these things, ask why. Her family must be quite problematic, if a Child tells the parents this kind of a thing it would never be something that she made up. The Parents only thought about themselves. @quila001 No...she commited suicide when she was 13 and a year later her mother gave my friend the journal, when she read it she brought it to me then I read it. I discovered the truth 4 years ago, when I read the journal Lilli had left for us. She wanted us to know what happened, how he raped her over and over again...no one in her family believed her...and I wasn't there to save her.

We endured it for 8 years til my parents were finally caught, we were beaten and rape (mainly me), I'm not trying to make my story sound worse then her's I just feel like I should tell my story and let ppl knw that this kind of thing happens all the time. My brother comitted suicide days after they were caught.

A year later her mother gave mine and Lilli's friend the journal because Lilli had left it for us so we would know the truth. After our friend read it she came to me and I read the journal. That was 4 years ago

@96ashleymarie Probably due to the time period this video is taking place. It looks like the 1800s and although divorce was acceptable, it was still frowned on, especially in a rich house like that. Or perhaps she was trapped in the marriage to him. Women had (and some still have) very little rights in a marriage.
