If the acetic acid turns to alcohol, it could be worth the 2 dollars, since alcohol is also a good fuel.

im using (plomb) and (acide citrique dilued, not concentred) is, mouse and gas, not tested for explosion and for recolting dioxyde plomb, and problem, is hydroxyde plomb and next time, dioxyde plomb be thick layer(-). and low be other(+)

don't you mean you are using lead (plomb) and diluted citric acid (acide citrique dilue)?
I've heard that vinegar contains 1 more hydrogen element in its compound.
Most people say use 30% vinegar/ 70% Distilled water and 2.3 TBSN of Sodium Hydroxide per gallon.
I was wondering if the vinegar would cause corrosion to the plates over a long period.

The water in the vinegar cooks away and only distilled water needs to be added unless you want to increase your amps then add more vinegar.
