on her staff she doesn't have black men, there are only 2 men that are on her staff, on payroll. but she does have two black female interns, and on the 3rd or 4th episode, a black female was hired but fired 20 mins later for being an idiot. I work between philly and nyc, and i also work in the fashion industry. And black men do exist, hence andre leon talley, one of the most powerful names in fashion, and what does waiters and servers have to do with anything?

Alexander wang, anna sui, phillipe lim, derek lam, peter som, doo ri, all asian, the list goes on, and where i worked, the staff was atleast 80% asian, and there were mostly woman but some men.
