Never used hair sisters because of the bad reviews & clairhair isn't any better. I ordered from them once and they took two weeks to send me a confirmation email. They sent me an email telling me that the hair wasn't in stock & they offered me the option to cancel my order, wait till it becomes available, or order something else. I choose to cancel and never got a confirmation email about my refund. It's been a month and they say they refunded it but my card company says otherwise.

i think i'm going to get a relaxer going from my natural to relaxer.. but I am nervous I am wondering what made u not want to get relaxers anymore? i dont want to regret doing it

Hey Jas =)..I did a braidout on damp hair here. I wash my hair &let it airdry. Once it's dry, I'll oil my scalp& then I'll spritz my hair with water to get it really damp. I section my hair into 4 parts, detangle one section at a time&apply my moisturizer (Organic Root Stimulator Hair Lotion) to the section& then use coconut oil to seal. I'll put 3 braids in each section for a total of 12 braids in my head (sometimes more). I'll talk about it in my next video for you but I hope this helps =)
oh and once it's all braided I'll re-wet it again lightly with my spray bottle just to help set it again, and the longer you let the braids stay in, the more defined they get. I like to braid my hair before bed and then I'll take it down the next morning, that's what I did here =)
lol yea thanx....usually when i wash my hair i sectiobn my hair in four twist and wrap in a bun .....my curls gett jacked everytime lol...i think it miht be beacause i comb and put too much oil in it......i think im gonna tresemmes flawless curls definition jelly i think that might work to help lock em lol....

you should check out either perttydimples01 or kinkykurlyqueen they do indavidual braids and they are too cute : ) I actually just finished mine and the curls are so pretty. I am fully natrual but, i wish i would have tried when transitioning. good luck

Today, I went to the local beauty supply store and tried on the Keyshia wig in 1B/30 and it's beautiful... I also tried on the "Mariah" wig which I'm definitely buying... The great thing the beauty store is charging the same/close to the price just like the online.
I keep hearing about Mariah, I gotta check her out ! I can't wait to see your pics of it. You're so lucky to have those NYC BSS prices, they're charging an arm & leg in my rural town lol ... I have to order online.. even with S&H I'm making out with a steal.. my BSS wants about 60 for Keyshia !!! that's the BSS with the best selection. I feel the same way. I don't miss the relaxer, really. I miss my length. I just wish that once my hair gets longer there was something we could do to straighten our hair when we want that look without damaging our hair and curl pattern. Oh, good to see a video from you again. Been a while.
I'm hoping a cheat rollerset can get it pretty curly, I don't expect it to look silky though. I know it will still have a kink to it lol... I like Heather Nicole's, CrownofHisglory & Rustic Beauty's rollerset attempts, they came out pretty nice for natural hair... I don't think I plan on flat ironing that much this first year

hey Tiff !! I know exactly what you mean, that was one reason I never got them before... I found a video on here by a lady named Mystakin, she had a video where she cut bangs on an old lace front and it looked sooo believable bc of the fake scalp. It hid the awful hairline they always have lol... I saw a video on google where this lady blew cornstarch on the wig to get rid of the shine and it worked like a charm.. I don't mind taking a chance once, but I def. won't set my hopes too high.
btw, im getting a weave next month..i wanna leave myahir alone for a few to see what it ends up looking like after a month or two of minimal manipulation.

Well i order from hair sisters and the shipping is extremely quick and I'm in Japan. It gets to me in less then a week they also have excellent customer service and shipping rates .
I like hairsisters, what I use to do was select the wig that I like on the site and write down the name of it and get it from my local Beauty Supply store distributer that way I could avoid the shipping and handeling charges as well.
I know what you mean about avoiding S&H, I used to do that with my half wigs lol =P .. my BSS wants 60-70 for synthetics, so online is going to save me alot more.. I usually prefer the BSS too, but I don't mind a leap of faith this one time lol .. Thank you !!! =)

Well if Hairsisters have the color you want I say go with them. Also if I really really want a certain color I make it my first and second choice that way if they don't have it, they are forced to call me which they don't mind doing. Plus shipping is starting at 1.99 this week!!! I don't have any complaints about Clair Hair and shipping is cheap as well. The "new new" on wig sites is BlackHairSpray(dot)com, yea their selection is great but there shipping is kinda high.

btw, im getting a weave next month..i wanna leave myahir alone for a few to see what it ends up looking like after a month or two of minimal manipulation.

hey....im actually getting a wet-n-wavy weave but I have yet topic a brand because I want to make sure that it's good quality hair that will actually last. When I find out what brand, i'll be sure to let you know!!

Well i order from hair sisters and the shipping is extremely quick and I'm in Japan. It gets to me in less then a week they also have excellent customer service and shipping rates .

I like hairsisters, what I use to do was select the wig that I like on the site and write down the name of it and get it from my local Beauty Supply store distributer that way I could avoid the shipping and handeling charges as well.

I know what you mean about avoiding S&H, I used to do that with my half wigs lol =P .. my BSS wants 60-70 for synthetics, so online is going to save me alot more.. I usually prefer the BSS too, but I don't mind a leap of faith this one time lol .. Thank you !!! =)

Also I like BestHairWorld (dot)com, because of their clearance section. I don't think they are going to have the wig you want because they only carry Janet Collection wigs, but their lace front's are cute, shipping is free if you spend $50 and there's a coupon code for $5 off $50 (return5). Well if Hairsisters have the color you want I say go with them. Also if I really really want a certain color I make it my first and second choice that way if they don't have it, they are forced to call me which they don't mind doing. Plus shipping is starting at 1.99 this week!!! I don't have any complaints about Clair Hair and shipping is cheap as well. The "new new" on wig sites is BlackHairSpray(dot)com, yea their selection is great but there shipping is kinda high.
