How can anyone say Michigan isn't relevant. I don't really need to spell this out do I? Most wins, highest ratio of wins/losses, etc., etc. Any program would have been set back a couple of years by Rich Rod's dumbass coaching. Clearly you are some fifteen year old kid who never watched Desmond Howard or Charles Woodson play. Also, as much I love Oregon too, historically they have none of Michigan's relevance. They have only been in the discussion the last few years.
Yeah, but when M has bad years, nothing less then the knee jerk/hypocritical reaction of calling for the Head Coaches nuts on a platter seems to appease the tunnel visioned masses in that state/stadium. Expecting victories is one thing....demanding them is quite another. Hubris and complacency killed their national relevance years ago.
folks, folks calm down, any discerning college football fan can see that the f-ball program in Michigan is straining hard/grasping for any bit of relavance in trying to hold onto past glory with all these promotional video's highlighting punks who have been shown the exit door at the programs that matter like: USC, LSU, Alabama, Oregon, etc.
It's called marketing folks, but mi knows that marketing doesn't pay the bills, it only creates larger debt.

@michiganriverman it wasn't ALL RichRod though....it was a combination of a lot of stuff...like the fact that he never had support from the beginning...not even from Lloyd Carr who suggested Mary Sue Coleman and Bill Martin hire him. Carr approved the transfers of anyone who wanted out, including telling Justin Boren that Ohio State would be a good fit for him...yes RichRod made some bonehead decisions with things, but it wasn't entirely on him. But Hoke-A-Mania is runnin wild now! haha Go Blue!

If you've ever seen this kid play at DLS and you look at his size and mobility, then you know that Michigan is going to be great for years to come.
