i did a bit of research, i can see its a horrible situation, but: a social worker would have done weeks/months of assessment, unless it is an emergency order, they will only remove a child if there is 'risk of significant harm' and proof (under the children act). They will always aim to keep the child in the family and work with the family as much as possible. removing a child is the upmost last thing they would do.

This is what happens in many many cases. The SMS take children away from good parents , often single parents, where the child clearly wants to stay at those. If the child was being abused it would be happy to go. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. it is an evil covered up by courts staffed by those in the pocket of the ss. The lawyers and barristers earn big fees for doing nothing, the ss and the guardians lie, and they use psychiatrists who are regular employees of the state and fabricate evidence. The c

There was reason for this to happen, Social workers can't just say "He looks a bit dodgy, lets take the kids". Months of contact, review meetings and case building occur. Solid evidence of things relating to the child's welfare have to be provided as well as hard evidence of any abuse. Thats before it goes anywhere near the courts. Now I agree family courts need more transparency but in the end removing a child is the verdict of a judge not a social worker.

At what point did you see the social worker forcing the child out the door? Because as far as I could see it was the police removing the child. The police are the only ones who have the power to do this, after a court ruling from a judge. The social worker has absolutely no power to take a child. Social workers do not have orders either, they have policies and procedures they must follow as set out by law as lying about evidence is an offence which they would be prosecuted.

Swearing doesn't change the fact what I'm saying is true. There must have been an underlying concern for a child to be removed from a family. Policy if followed properly is there to support a family to stay together, not take kids without due reason. The care system is expensive and fails children. It is an absolute last resort. I don't know the specifics of this case so I can't comment on if there was any lying about evidence, but I don't agree Social services as a whole steal kids.

Thanks for talking nicely to me, I don't want to diminish the love of a parent or the rights of a child, but I do think in some situations other people should decide 'best', for example: If I saw a man/women abusing a child physically/sexually or went into a household where a baby was being neglected. People are very quick to bash SS in cases such as baby P where a child at risk was not removed in time. In this case I can see the child wants to stay

... but what I'm saying is for the police to be involved and be removing a child, a judge must have given the order after reviewing evidence that the child is no longer at risk of "significant harm" but "immediate harm". This is not a social worker decision, the child is legally entitled to a voice advocate, this is likely to be a temporary foster arrangement so this person (Not SS) can help ensure he's back as quickly as possible once whatever the risk was has been sorted.

@21lianna thx, im his dad, they have him pretty much in a room on his own. when he ran away i bought him a blackberry phone. we are talking to each other on skype now. and have been since he was taken back into care on 11th after running away.

the kid has special needs and has had me to care for him for last 6 yr. he is on his own and he keeps writing help Dad and putting crying faces. it's heartbreaking, i cant even find words to tell ya.
