Not sure if you are european and your english isn't crash hot or you just made a mistake, but this track is completely different from new hardstyle (headhunterz, noise controllers, zany and the like), which was what you were originally saying I think. I agree that this is hard trance.

If you want to hear some good stuff, look for some alpha twins, hennes and cold sets from 2000-2002

Hardstyle used to be all about the hard reverse kicks and real bass lines, but back then the lines between hardstyle and hardtrance were quite blurry.

I guess I'm saying, yes, it is hardtrance, but someone saying this sounds like hardstyle is understandable (though I doubt they know what they're talking about).
