Thanks goodness there are people who see Reagan for what he was. His presidency was a colossal failure when held up to the mythology right wing Americans have invented. Regan was an ill informed opportunist whose ideologically driven dream world caused tremendous hardship at home and catastrophic pain in Latin America. A genius; perhaps, but the worst kind of genius - one without a conscience that fit the scope of his power.
